This discounted combo deal includes a morning Transformational Yoga class and a choice of either a Meditation evening or a Transformational Yoga Lunar evening.
The introductory workshop will provide an overview of Transformational Yoga including:
– Basic transformational yoga sequence;
– Difference between transformational yoga from other types of yoga;
– Introduction to the seven chakras and their relation with the four bodies;
– Introduction to pranayama (kapalabhati, brahmari, and nadi shodhana);
– Introduction to Yoga Nidra;
– Observation and awareness techniques
Morning class: enjoy 75 minutes of Transformational Yoga in a morning class. In the class there is focus on the Transformational Yoga asanas, the chakras, mantras, and breathing and meditation techniques. By focusing and experiencing these elements you are given the knowledge needed to purify your body, stabilise your emotions, focus your mind, and increase your spiritual well-being.
Meditation evening class: Our meditation evenings cover different types of meditation, both dynamic and static. Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques give us an experience of our pure natures, in which our egos dissolve and we find inner silence.
Lunar evening class: Join us for as we celebrate the power and beauty of the Full Moon through Transformational Yoga.
