Description
Enjoy 75 minutes of Transformational Yoga in a morning class. In the class there is focus on the Transformational Yoga asanas, the chakras, mantras, and breathing and meditation techniques. By focusing and experiencing these elements you are given the knowledge needed to purify your body, stabilise your emotions, focus your mind, and increase your spiritual well-being.
You can add either a Tranformational Meditation evening class or a Transformational Yoga Lunar evening class for a discounted price!

Meditation evening class: Our meditation evenings cover different types of meditation, both dynamic and static. Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques give us an experience of our pure natures, in which our egos dissolve and we find inner silence.
