We hold weekly classes where we cover all elements of Transformational Yoga. In the classes there is focus on the Transformational Yoga asanas, the chakras, mantras, and breathing and meditation techniques. By focusing and experiencing these elements you are given the knowledge needed to purify your body, stabilise your emotions, focus your mind, and increase your spiritual well-being. Our workshops are typically 3 to 4 hours in duration. We provide an overview of Transformational Yoga and it’s integral approach to physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual clarity.
We offer a variety of unique mini-workshops where the theme is aligned to the season or changes in nature.
These themes are built according to the energies around the solstices and equinoxes.
A self-paced course where you will gain in-depth Transformational Yoga® training, while learning techniques that prepare the body, energy & mind for true yoga & meditation. After completion you’ll be certified with SriMa TY School in India. This training is also for those who are interested in becoming a 200-level Certified Transformational Yoga® teacher as this course gives you credits towards your 200-level Transformational Yoga® Teacher training.
This Yoga Alliance Internationally certified 200-Level Transformational Yoga® Online Teacher Training gives you a fantastic set of tools to become an exceptional teacher & lead others in their practice as you, too go deeper within your own practice.
Face to face 200-Level Transformational Yoga® Teacher training is also provided.

Our meditation workshops cover different types of meditation, both theory and practice. Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques give us an experience of our pure natures, in which our egos dissolve and we find inner silence.
