200 Level Registered Yoga Teacher Training

The certified 200-Level Yoga Teacher Training is approximately a 4 to 5-week intensive program. This course is available to everyone, even beginners, irrespective of yoga experience or practice. At the completion of this course, you will be certified with Yoga Alliance International to offer classes, workshops and 100-hour yoga teacher trainings to your future students and clients.

​Our course equips you with the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration, needed to become a Transformational Yoga teacher and a balanced serene individual, who is ready to lead others in their yoga practice.

Transformational Yoga is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance and mental and spiritual clarity, that combines all of the most powerful yogic disciplines into an innovative system, offering a complete approach to well-being, founded and created by Swami Vidyanand and inspired by the teachings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo.

The Transformational Yoga System uses various yogic practices to purify our 5 bodies and 7 chakras, to bring about rapid transformation, in order to experience a continuous state of physical health, emotional balance, higher mental guidance, unconditional love and spiritual bliss.

Cost: R13 500 for the combination of the 100 level Self-Transformational Program and the 200 level Teacher Training.

After the training you will be certified Transformational Yoga teacher. You will also have access to Transformational Yoga South Africa teacher development classes after your training. You would also be part of building a community for Transformational Yoga in South Africa.

$100 to certify with Srima International School of Transformational Yoga.

Date:  11 May – 15 June (dates may vary slightly).

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, from 8am-1pm.

Tea, coffee and fruit platter will be served.

Every student will receive an in-depth training manual.
